80 % of your friends are sent home, they are good people and they have done good job, but you do better. Productivity, best quality are things that maintained by 

company, but otherwise lay offs are inevitable by every employer. Whether it is under performing job, or restructurization it will be every employer biggest nightmare, even for excecutives. So maybe it is not our speciality subject, or other factor eg. colleagues / boss issues, when it comes for big pressure there will be big chance for quitter to resign. Bu it is all begin with ourself, or how the closest person trait us. When we have someone who we contact everyday, but doesn't response to our dream and goals, we have to deal everything ourself, especially when it comes to pressure. Maybe we can handle it alone, but when we don't have anybody to talk or give support, it is like sceptical for future. Hoping for a better future and talk to sceptic person is like pinging with no response. So it is depend on ourself to give the best that we can do. So thank God for those who can share their dream and talk about it with hope and make it become reality.
