A very great tv show,love it. Presenting many great mansion and various tricks to persuade buyers. There are 3 guys with each different style of selling so we can evaluate how to negotiate with buyer,with many different type too.
The view are so breathtaking. As a buyer it can be just like that to make their wife to I bought it the house like a cup of coffe,but of course they have more consideration to make it can have more value with less price. So let the challenge begin.
There are 3 guys competing to sell more units with more price, the Boasty Chad, the Flamboyant Josh, and the Humble Madison.
Chad has a high maintenance lifestyle and socialite approach. He tries to persuade buyers to buy the lifestyle instead,not the value itself. So when he try to promote the penthouse he just sell the concept,little bit boasty white lies here and there so buyers will get the best point of view about the penthouse, without showing the unit itself. So it kinda intimidating,and buyers tend to emphasize on trust to invest resources to others. So the expected happens,buyers look convincing at the first attempt willing to sign,just their signature. But in the end. Cancelled.
The Flamboyant Josh, this is the seller that has royal European gestures attitude with good negotiation skill. So he can bring the vibe of negotiation and make the price can be reasonable for buyer and still profitable for sellers.
And the Humble Madison. This approach is the best way to persuade buyers, with humble conversation and just like talking with good ol friend. He can bring the relax conversation and not demanding to buyers yet still can maintain his emotion to hear and try to meet customer's demand even when he heard a lot of heartbreaking critics about the house. So the buyer can agree even without big margin bargaining but got a little renovation as he like.

Homemade food is always the best choice for investation.It can reduce daily cost significantly for saving. Beside it can teach someone how to finish task and earn something through process, how to get from beginning to end, here to  there. And will give more experience and satisfaction when it is served plus if it could be delicious tasted meal made from our own kitchen.It might feel like a burden at the beginning. Including me when I don't used to cook at the first time it feels like after go home all I want to do is resting for tomorrow so my husband and I continously eat outside. At the end of the month when my husband dan I evaluated our expenses, 70% from income is for meal alone and just left 30% for other expenses and saving. So it would be better when reducing meal expenses allocation so there will be more for other use of cost allocation. First time I feel relieved is when I can eat at the office with simple cooked meal like eggs or abon. Recharge energy without paying extra. And that gives relieved feeling when we don't have to pay for meal,instead cooking for ourself,it might not be delicious like outside home cooking, but at least with regular practice it can have improvement regularly as well.

Today I watched supernova movie based on a novel by dewi dee. It is full of poetry words that is well arranged with a very artistic effects, setting architecture, realistic character yet live in fictional world. It is a world created by writer and narrated by characters. So it kinda like recursive story. Story inside story, nice concept. Directed by Rizal Mantovani this movie turns into a dramatic love story with fenomenal music arrangement, but it sounds like social network's movie theme. And this movie highlited Jakarta's best spots as its settings. Our eyes will be indulged with very beautiful scenery, in architecture and scene taking. But in the end there is annoying object and it doesn't relevant with its story. But yet overall it is worth watched
